Well, luckily it’s super easy to recreate at home… With just a few ingredients and simple steps, you’ll have a delicious, decadent pasta dish that you’ll be craving again and again!
Ingredients:
Here’s What You’ll Need:
1 lb fusilli pasta
1/4 cup cup olive oil
1/2 shallot, diced
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 cup tomato paste
2 tbs vodka
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp red pepper flakes
3 tbs butter
2 oz parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Chopped basil to garnish

1. In a large heated skillet on medium add olive oil, shallot and garlic, until shallots are golden (about 5 min).
2. Separately, boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta for about 8 minutes or until al dente.
3. In your sauce pan, add tomato paste and vodka. Blend until vodka has evaporated and then turn off heat.
4. Once pasta is cooked, place heat on simmer and add half a cup of pasta water to sauce along with heavy cream, butter and most of your Parmesan (save some for garnish).
5. Add in pasta and more pasta water if needed.
6. Mix in your fresh basil, plate, top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
