PC: NY Times Cassandra GiraldoThis authentic pizzeria has been around since 1984 and boasts wildly popular thin crust, personal pizzas. Chef Aldo Bozzi was the first to introduce a bottle of olive-oil on each table, so order a classic Margherita and drizzle the olive oil generously. We love their spicy oil, too!

Sorbillo is a full-service pizzeria and restaurant with Neopolitan pizza from chefs Gino and Toto Sorbillo, the original Napolitan Pizzaioli themselves. You can’t go wrong with their Bufala Margherita, boasting a chewy yet airy crust with the perfect amount of char and simple ingredients with freshness you can taste. We also love their truffle pie topped with quail eggs.
PN Wood Fired Pizza

No wonder PN stands for “Pecore Nere,” or black sheep, because this places stands above the rest. With only the finest flour imported from Italy, the pizzas come out sizzling and bursting with flavor.
