Summer has us in the mood for ice cream, and the Red Flag Ice Cream from Caffe Panna is one of our favorites. Since we still need to be extremely cautious, we thought it would be fun to try one of our #1 sweet treats at home, and let us tell you… it’s pretty amazing!

Ingredients
Here’s What You’ll Need For 6 Pints:
4 cups whole milk
4 cups heavy cream
1 stick cream cheese
1 ¾ cup sugar
1 ¼ cup corn syrup, tapioca syrup, or maple syrup
1 tsp salt
Strawberry preserves
For graham crunch:
3 packs of graham crackers
3 sticks of butter
1 ¼ cup sugar
Salt
Directions:

Directions For the Graham Crunch:
1. Preheat oven to 325 and line a baking sheet with butter.
2.In a heated pot, add your butter and mix until browned.
3. Combine sugar and a pinch of salt and mix until a grainy texture forms. Then, add in your graham crackers!
4.Lay out on baking sheet and place in oven for 7-10 minutes.
Directions For the Ice Cream:
1. Combine one cup of milk with cream cheese into a blender until it’s fully mixed in. Pour into ice cream maker.
2.Combine sugar, heavy cream, salt and remaining whole milk into ice cream machine.
3. Press start and let the magic happen!
4. Once it’s done, transfer to a bowl and allow to freeze for at least 3 hours.
5. Top with preserves and graham crunch and enjoy!
