16 oz fresh ricotta cheese
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 box waffle cones, broken into pieces

1. Beat ricotta cheese and cream cheese together in a bowl until smooth.
2. Add sugar and vanilla. Continue to stir/beat mixture until sugar is completely incorporated.
3. Fold chocolate chips through the cheese mixture and enjoy! Served with waffle cone pieces or whatever you like.
