We’re so impressed with how restaurants like ABCv and Loring Place have created incredibly crave-worthy vegetable dishes. Keep reading to learn more about some of these awesome veggie-focused spots!
West~bourne
Westbourne is a new, California-inspired cafe and restaurant in Soho serving up all natural, vegetarian fare. Their Rainbow Bowl is a must-order filled with veggies and topped with crispy, fresh falafel. If you’re extra hungry, order the Trails Sandwich made with avocado, fennels, cucumber, sprouts, pickles and chipotle aioli.
ABCv
For incredibly refreshing vegan and vegetarian dishes, check out Jean George’s vegetarian concept, ABCv. As you might imagine, the decor here is just as beautiful as the food, making it a totally charming and beautiful atmosphere to enjoy a meal any time of the day. Our favorites here are the whole roasted cauliflower and the fresh spinach spaghetti.
