1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp honey
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup heavy cream
Rustic Italian bread
Butter
Flakey sea salt for garnish

1. Combine ricotta, sugar, salt, honey, olive oil and heavy cream in a food processor for about 15 seconds or until a nice, fluffy consistency forms
2. Create your piping bag by adding ricotta mixture to a ziploc bag. Cut a dime sized whole in the corner
3. In a heated saucepan, melt butter and toast your bread
4. Pipe ricotta on toast, finish with flakey sea salt and enjoy!!
