1 egg + 1 egg yolk
2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup whole milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup melted butter
Maple syrup

Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine egg, sugar, salt and baking powder.
2. Slowly add in milk, flour and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Whisk until a nice batter forms.
3. In a heated cast iron skillet, add a generous layer of melted butter (3-4 spoon fulls) and once sizzling, add in 1/3 cup of batter per pancake.
4. Wait about 3 minutes then flip and allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
5. Repeat and serve with extra butter and maple syrup!
