Here’s What You’ll Need:
8oz mafaldini pasta
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
Splash of white wine (appx 4tbs)
1/2 cup seafood stock
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup shrimp, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
5 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup toasted panko breadcrumbs

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Cook pasta for about 7-8 minutes or until al dente.
3. Separately, in a heated sauce pan add olive oil, garlic and chili flakes.
4. Once garlic is golden, add in your seafood stock and splash of white wine. Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat to simmer.
5. Combine shrimp and allow to cook for about 5-10 minutes.
6. Add in pasta, butter, lemon juice and parsley. Add salt to taste if needed.
7. Serve and top with toasted panko crumbs.
