Frank Prisinzano’s famous Spaghetti Limone served at both Frank Restaurant and Lil Frankie’s is a beloved pasta dish that we go back for time and time again. This super simple and satisfying dish is simple to recreate at home and we know you’ll enjoy it as much as we did! Try it for yourself and let us know what you think!
Ingredients
Here’s What You’ll Need:
½ box of spaghetti (4 servings)
1 cup reserved pasta water
3 tablespoons butter
1 lemon
Grated parmesan cheese
Olive Oil
Salt
Directions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
2. Add in your pasta and cook until al dente (about 9 minutes)
3. Strain pasta and reserve pasta water
4. Add one cup of the reserved pasta water to a large, heated saucepan along with the juice of one squeezed lemon and the butter
5. Add in your pasta and lemon skins
6. Whisk with a wooden spoon on medium heat for about 5 minutes
7. Serve and top with a generous helping of parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil
