What’s better than chicken parm you ask? Chicken parm pizza of course! Ever since making this dish at Quality Italian on StrEAT Talk, we were dying to try it at home, and quarantine was the perfect opportunity to do just that! Here’s my rendition of Quality Italian’s famed Chicken Parm Pizza. Please note – the main difference is that the chicken parm is baked in this recipe, though it is deep fried at the restaurant.

Ingredients:
Here’s What You Need for a 12 inch Pie:
20 oz ground chicken
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
2 raw eggs, scrambled
½ cup strained San Marzano tomatoes
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup grated pecorino romano
Very large baking sheet/pan

Directions:
1. Season ground chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and italian seasoning.
2. Lay your chicken on Saran Wrap and shape into a circle. If you don’t have a pizza pan, use the top of a pot lid or a large round plate to get the perfect shape.
3. Wrap up completely and freeze for 2 hours. Chicken should have a solid form but should not be completely frozen.
4. Preheat your oven to 450.
5. Lay your chicken on a cutting board and cover with egg wash and breadcrumbs.
6. Grease your large baking pan and place in the oven – 25 minutes on each side.
7. Once your chicken is out, turn up oven heat to a broil.
8. Top your chicken with tomato sauce and cheese.
9. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
10. Slice and devour!
