Ever since making this dish at Quality Italian on StrEAT Talk, we were dying to try it at home, and quarantine was the perfect opportunity to do just that! Here’s my rendition of Quality Italian’s famed Chicken Parm Pizza. Please note – the main difference is that the chicken parm is baked in this recipe, though it is deep fried at the restaurant.
